The Good: The Roast Chicken and Roast Pork Ribs are the signature dishes.

The specialty of the meat is, she will stewed it first, pan fried till its golden brown before serving which you can taste the freshness and succulent taste of the meat.

The Bad: Personally, I felt that its a little oily and salty for my own preferences.

Remarks: This place definitely worth while for you to give it a try. Please note that all dishes are served with salads and wedges, reservations are welcome too.

The Bad:

1. As  you are in the service line, we don’t expect you to serve us as a kings or queens, but PLEASE, the very basic politeness should be there. We are paying for your food and service. What makes you so hard at least the simple manner to the customers when collecting money? You are the cashier! Be PROFESSIONAL and show some respect !!!

2. Nowadays, the food suppose to be fresh and healthy. But what I can see is most of the dishes are oozing with oil.

3. Last but not least, they never listen to the customer’s comment or feedback. This is really intolerable for those who never accept the customer’s feedback.  After all as the saying goes.. ‘ WE’RE PAYING FOR THE FOOD AND SERVICE ‘ IF YOU CAN’T DO IT, MIGHT AS WELL SHUT DOWN THE BUSINESS !!!!!

Remarks: BAD SERVICE (for Cashier) + UNREASONABLE PRICE + IGNORE THE FEEDBACK + NEVER IMPROVE = BUSINESS CLOSE DOWN!!! For humble advise, running a business, your service is your reputation, you will lose all your supporters & customers if you have never made any changes on yourself !!!

The Good: I never try any Sarawak Food before, this is the first time, and I really like it. Especially the Kolomee, there’s no special gravy but just minced meat, vege and char siew. This is a simply perfect combination and I will strongly recommend it.

For Ka Chang Ma Chicken, according to the shop owner, this is one of the dish for those who just gaving birth. This is an authentic Hakka Dishes. For those who can’t take ginger, this is not recommended as they used up a lot of Ginger.

Remarks: This is a place that worth while to try. A different kind of food culture that we must appreciate it.
