Pappa Rich is another so called high class “Kopitiam” with air-conditioning like Old Town, serving their famous white coffee.

The Bad: First, MAJORITY of the waiters are Foreigners. Second, the dim sum is simply disappointed, especially the ‘Lor Mai Kai’, I would say that it is a stupid idea to have dim sum there.
Remarks: Penang is a place filled with variety of delicious food. For a restaurant to survive in Penang with such low quality of food simply won’t work. This will be the first time and also the last time for me.
