The Bad:
1. As you are in the service line, we don’t expect you to serve us as a kings or queens, but PLEASE, the very basic politeness should be there. We are paying for your food and service. What makes you so hard at least the simple manner to the customers when collecting money? You are the cashier! Be PROFESSIONAL and show some respect !!!
2. Nowadays, the food suppose to be fresh and healthy. But what I can see is most of the dishes are oozing with oil.
3. Last but not least, they never listen to the customer’s comment or feedback. This is really intolerable for those who never accept the customer’s feedback. After all as the saying goes.. ‘ WE’RE PAYING FOR THE FOOD AND SERVICE ‘ IF YOU CAN’T DO IT, MIGHT AS WELL SHUT DOWN THE BUSINESS !!!!!
Remarks: BAD SERVICE (for Cashier) + UNREASONABLE PRICE + IGNORE THE FEEDBACK + NEVER IMPROVE = BUSINESS CLOSE DOWN!!! For humble advise, running a business, your service is your reputation, you will lose all your supporters & customers if you have never made any changes on yourself !!!

Strongly agree….this is what i experienced as well.
The price is differ each time and yet the food is still the same choices and selections.
Never ever gonna step back to this nasi lemak stall… is a waste of money with BAD SERVICE. Should let them learn their lesson!!!!
DON’T MESS WITH THE CUSTOMER……THERE’S A HIGH PRICE TO PAY!!!!!!
